Leave the routine to robots. Your people can do more.
Business process automation hands repetitive work to software robots, such as keying invoices, orders and bank statements into your ERP. The robots work in the same applications as your people, and you see first results in 4 to 6 weeks. Meanwhile, your people get on with the work you hired them for.
Invoice Processing with an RPA Robot
A two-minute demo. The robot checks the mailbox, picks out the emails with invoices, reads the data and creates the document in the system.
Problems automation solves
Manual data entry
People’s timeYour people copy data from invoices into the ERP, from emails into the CRM and from statements into accounting. Every day, again and again.
The process can’t keep up with growth
GrowthMore orders don’t have to mean more retyping. A robot absorbs the growth, so your team can focus on customers.
The hidden cost of errors
Errors and auditOne mistyped invoice, a duplicate payment or a missing document at audit time. Manual entry errors cost more than you think.
Where to start with AI?
First stepYou know AI is changing the game, but not where to start or what it will cost. We’ll show you specific processes and real numbers.
Which processes we automate
Repetitive, rule-based processes are the best candidates. Automation saves time and cuts errors.
UiPath: robots for systems you can’t integrate
The world’s most widely used robotic process automation platform. More than ten thousand organisations rely on it, including in the most heavily regulated industries. We are a UiPath partner.
- The robot works on screen just like a person: in SAP, legacy systems and desktop applications
- No changes to your systems and no integration interfaces needed
- The only way to automate where you can’t reach the data otherwise
- All your robots managed and monitored in one place
- Document reading, AI agents and analysis of how your processes really run
Certifications
ISO/IEC 27001 (information security), ISO/IEC 42001 (AI management) and ISO 9001 (quality).
Independent audits
SOC 1 and SOC 2 reports and GDPR compliance, including data storage in the EU.
Your data doesn’t train outside models
AI features run within set rules and limits, and every step is logged.

What our clients say
Business process automation FAQs
What is robotic process automation and what is it good for?
Robotic process automation (RPA) is software that repeats the work a person does on a computer: it opens applications, copies data across and clicks wherever it needs to. It suits rule-based tasks that keep coming back, such as processing invoices, orders or bank statements.
Do we need to change our systems to automate?
No. The robot works in the same applications as your people: your ERP, email, Excel and web portals. It works even where a system has no integration interface.
Will the robot replace our employees?
No. The robot takes over tedious data entry, and your people get time for the work you hired them to do, and for the things there was never time for. Exceptions and decisions stay with people, and everything the robot does is logged.
How much does automation cost?
It depends on the process. The price is made up of analysis, development and the robot licence. The licence is shared across every process the robot handles, so each additional process costs less. You get an exact price after the analysis, before development starts.
How long does deployment take?
You get a first proposal within a few days, and it takes about five weeks from signing to go-live. You can start with a single process.
