Hotel attendance reaches payroll without manual rekeying
Once a month, overnight, a robot goes through every hotel's shift plans and prepares the payroll data. HR saves two to three days.

The starting point
Hotel managers entered each employee's hours worked and leave taken by hand, including split shifts, which are calculated differently.
HR checked the data and copied it into two prepared Excel spreadsheets. This took two to three days, and then the data still had to be transferred to the POHODA payroll system.
The solution
- Once a month, overnight, the robot goes through the shift plans in all the hotels.
- It matches each employee by name and enters hours worked, split shifts and leave in the right columns of both spreadsheets.
- It picks up changes to the rotas and adjusts the hours to match.
- In the next phase, the robot will enter the calculated pay directly into POHODA.
The result
- Less manual work, fewer errors, and roughly two to three days of work saved.
- HR starts the day with the data already in POHODA and only checks it before running payroll.
The cooperation was quick and practical, even though the processes we were automating were complex and closely linked.
Documents from email to ERP with no human input
A robot reads documents from email and enters them in the ERP. Rekeying errors are gone and documents move through the company faster.
Supplier invoices go from email into the accounts on their own, twice a day
Twice a day, a robot goes through the invoice mailbox and creates each invoice in the accounting software as a provisionally entered document.
A robot checks delivery schedules from email, giving the planner a third of his capacity back
Twice a day, a robot extracts delivery schedules from PDFs, checks the orders in the ERP and sends a report to planning.
