AI agents

AI agents for business processes that call for decisions

AI agents run entire business processes on their own. They understand the task, work with documents, emails and your ERP, decide by your rules and hand exceptions to a person. We build whole ecosystems of AI agents tailored to your processes, combining the speed of AI with human judgement.

The problem

Where a standard robot falls short

Documents without a fixed template

Every supplier sends a different format. A robot with fixed rules stops the moment a document differs from the template.

Emails and non-standard cases

Emails contain sentences, not forms. Someone has to read, understand and sort them.

Decisions that depend on context

Where a case belongs, what is still missing and who should handle it. Fixed rules cover only part of that.

Exceptions that stop the robot

An unreadable attachment, a new supplier or an unusual request. Today people handle these by hand, and everything else waits.

The solution

What an AI agent can do

An AI agent is not a chatbot. It makes decisions, searches your data, uses your systems and asks a person when it’s not sure.

Decides based on context

It assesses the content, picks the next step by the rules we set, and asks about anything that’s missing.

Works with your knowledge base

It answers from your documents and ERP and cites the source for every answer.

Uses your systems via MCP

An MCP server gives it secure access to tools and data, such as Doc.AI, your ERP or CRM.

Reads documents in any format

Invoices, contracts, drawings and even handwriting, with no fixed template needed.

Sorts emails and drafts replies

It recognises what each message is about and suggests a reply or next step.

Works with other agents and robots

A team of agents runs the whole process. The agent decides, and the robot enters the data into the system.

People have the final say

The agent proposes, a person approves. Everything is logged, and when the agent is unsure, the case goes to a person.

Runs where you need it

In an EU cloud, or entirely on your own hardware, so your data never leaves your network.

Robot vs AI agent

How a robot differs from an AI agent

A robot does exactly what you tell it to. An AI agent fits where decisions are needed, content has to be understood or other tools have to be called.

Typical tasks for AI agents

Order processing

An AI agent reads orders from email, web forms or EDI, understands the context, extracts the data and creates the records in your system with no human involved.

Complaint handling

Complaints are sorted automatically and routed to the right team. The agent recognises the issue, such as a damaged product or a late delivery, and talks to the customer in chat.

Customer communication

Before handing a case to an operator, the agent collects everything it needs from the customer, such as photos or the order number. That makes resolution much faster.

A standard robot can also handle repetitive, rule-based work. See process automation. If your data must not leave your company, we deploy the agent in a Private AI Box inside your network.

Questions and answers

AI agents: frequently asked questions

How is a standard robot different from an AI agent?

A robot does exactly what you tell it to. An AI agent understands the content, so it can handle documents without a fixed template, emails and non-standard cases. In practice we combine the two: AI reads and assesses the document, and the robot enters the result into your system.

Will the robot replace our employees?

No. The robot takes over tedious data entry, and your people get time for the work you hired them to do, and for the things there was never time for. Exceptions and decisions stay with people, and everything the robot does is logged.

What if the robot isn’t sure?

It doesn’t guess. It stops, shows exactly where it got stuck, and a person decides. That makes it suitable even for invoices, payments and technical documentation.

Where do the data and the AI run?

Wherever you need: in an EU cloud, in the cloud with personal data masked, or entirely on your own hardware, where the data never leaves your network.

How long does deployment take?

You get a first proposal within a few days, and it takes about five weeks from signing to go-live. You can start with a single process.
