A robot prepares bank payment batches before people get to work
A robot checks orders, generates payment batches and verifies bank accounts. The output is files ready to upload to the bank.

The starting point
Preparing payment batches was complicated. Staff from several departments had to sign off documents at different stages and check large amounts of data.
The solution
- The robot receives and checks orders from email.
- It logs in to the system, generates the payment batches and takes them through each stage using different tools.
- It verifies invoices with an external OCR system, checks bank accounts against the Polish Ministry of Finance White List and builds detailed final reports in Excel.
- The output is verified, approved files, ready to upload to the bank.
The result
- Preparing payments and batches is several times faster.
- Better security, because the bank account is checked for every invoice.
- Payments and supporting documents are ready before staff arrive at the office, leaving time for other finance work.
- The daily preparation of hundreds of transfers is almost fully automated, which helps cash management and cuts costs.
